This is a nonstandard governing body or political concept, and it is not meant to be a replacement for governments or states The assembly of directors provides 2 separate channels for issuances and programs The assembly of directors consists of 2 chambers: a standing council and a members forum. Taking in from the parliamentary government template, each chamber is supreme in its branch. Each chamber can enact, amend, revise, repeal, implement, or suspend policies under its discretion, without the approval of the other chamber; however, the standing council is supreme over the members forum only in limited areas. Each chamber may have its own sources of revenue and directly communicate with foreign organizations without the approval of the other chamber.
