Basics of the assembly of directors

This is a nonstandard governing body or political concept, and it is not meant to be a replacement for governments or states

The assembly of directors
provides 2 separate channels
for issuances and programs

The assembly of directors consists of 2 chambers: a standing council and a members forum. Taking in from the parliamentary government template, each chamber is supreme in its branch. Each chamber can enact, amend, revise, repeal, implement, or suspend policies under its discretion, without the approval of the other chamber; however, the standing council is supreme over the members forum only in limited areas. Each chamber may have its own sources of revenue and directly communicate with foreign organizations without the approval of the other chamber. The assembly of directors may be opaque to foreign organizations, but its documentation and records must remain accessible to governmental authorities. A direction is any issuance from the assembly of directors.

Standing council

The standing council is the upper house of the assembly of directors and the highest organ in this political structure. It represents the entire organization in external affairs. The standing council can override issuances and policies of other components; however, its jurisdiction is limited to sets of rules and issuances of a general and permanent nature. Therefore, the standing council can override other components' issuances that contradict its own issuances. The tangerine director speaker is the head of this organ and the highest position in this political structure. To ensure stability, the standing council is not subject to elections of its directors. The orange director speaker appoints standing council directors, who also have the power to appoint one in this chamber as their speaker. The standing council can directly govern specific areas during extraordinary circumstances.

Divisions

The standing council has divisions to ensure that it can stand freely and has oversight over the entire political structure. Here, the standing council will have a minimum of divisions to ensure its viability: a business division for generating revenue from diverse sources and starting or acquiring business organizations; a compliance division for ensuring that the components in this political structure comply with its decisions; an ornamental division for ensuring the health and morale of the whole Assembly of Directors.

Members forum

The members forum is the lower house of the assembly of directors. It has extensive jurisdiction and handles policies of any background, subject to occasional review by the standing council. It can curate issuances and programs that apply to a narrow range of sectors, single sectors, particular groups of people, and even individuals themselves. It can also issue policies and programs that have an expiry condition/date or are meant to be easy to invalidate. The members forum can override a standing council issuance upon calling for a special session and then a supermajority vote among attending directors. As the members forum represents the members of an organization, its appointment style is a hybrid of elections and private appointments. The lemon director speaker is the highest position in this chamber and is elected by the subjects of the assembly of directors.

Chapters, departments, & subsidiaries

A chapter is a residence or a cluster of residences for the subjects of the assembly of directors. A department is a large-scale business organization that remits a portion of its revenue to the Members forum and implements the issuances and programs of this chamber. A subsidiary is a business organization that is under the direct authority of a chapter and remits a portion of its revenue to the chapter. Each chapter, department, or subsidiary is allocated at least 1 representative director in the members forum. All "administrative division" types are incompatible with each other are not replacements to ordinary things offered in the governmental universe. A chapter is not a replacement for your ordinary residence which is directly under government jurisdiction; a subsidiary is not a replacement for your ordinary business which is again subject directly to government authority; any large organization can join as a department for as long as it can afford the expenses under the members forum.
