Introducing the minchelar character

A minchelar character is essentially a person's identity and personality in the minchelar realm. The minchelar identity is a definition of a person's identity as curated by a minchel or any component of it. A minchelar personality adds color to the minchelar character; it can be similar to or different from the physical person's governmental personality. For example, it is acceptable for the physical person to appear introverted in the governmental universe but act as an extravert in the minchelar universe. For a little background, a minchel is a kind of governing body that has gentle governing authority.

The governmental identity is issued by the state and has a very strong correspondence with the physical subject; in other words, the governmental character directly identifies the physical entity. Meanwhile, the minchelar character is notionally more like a social media account: it enables the physical subject to make and take any action under minchelar authority.

The primary minchelar character is general-purpose. It is issued by the minchel's base component. The secondary minchelar character is more specialized. It may be issued by a minchelar component or a "local" minchel. The primary character adopts all secondary characters of the same subject and the same minchel. At one given minchel, the same person can have one primary character but multiple secondary characters.

Character life: minchelar existence

Minchelar character life is different from the governmental in the way that it is operationally tantamount to an online account. A governmental character is close to the metal by design: for as long as the physical entity animates ("is alive"), the governmental character also animates.

In komentsa ekzisto, the minchelar subject files a minchelar character, and the minchel or any component of it approves the character. Komentsa ekzisto comes from komenca ekzisto, which means "started existence" in Esperanto. Aktuala ekzisto is where the character animates or is alive in the sense of the minchel. The phrase means "current existence" in Esperanto. In suspendita ekzisto, the minchel or any component of it suspends the minchelar character. The phrase means "suspended existence" in Esperanto. In finita ekzisto, the minchel of any component of it terminates the minchelar character. The phrase means "terminated existence" in Esperanto.

Komentsa ekzisto is entry to the minchelar universe; it is the minchelar equivalent of birth. Aktuala ekzisto is simply existing in the minchelar universe. Suspendita ekzisto is the minchelar equivalent of suspended animation. Finita ekzisto is the minchelar equivalent of death. As for this concept, when i mean material death, i say "governmental death." When suspendita ekzisto or finita ekzisto is applied to a primary character, all corresponding secondary characters will be affected. Minchelar resurrection is the lifting of the suspendita ekzisto operation.

Minchelar reincarnation is where the finita ekzisto is applied and then the same physical person files a new minchelar character to replace the terminated character. The same physical person can reincarnate multiple times in the minchelar universe.

A minchelar ghost exists physically (and in the governmental universe) but has no minchelar character. A person can participate in the minchelar universe without any minchelar characters.
