Explaining the sandstone of Rapida Forkurinto

On September 13, 2022, i introduced the world's first minchelar "constitution"—i mean, the world's first sandstone. A sandstone is a set of basic rules of a peten. It can be a multiple habits enjoying supremacy over other habits; or it can be a single document. A habit is a rule or set or rules of a peten. Rapida Forkurinto's sandstone is a single document. Before and upon introducing the sandstone, i told my fellow minchelar actors that the basic rules are gentle and We don't have to worry about it. Now let me explain the sandstone of Rapida Forkurinto.

Rapida Forkurinto is a fenpezin: the minchel may formulate decisions without necessarily consulting the members of the peten. The Saltanta Puffero is the head of the peten. It shall represent the peten in external affairs. The Fronta Kelnero is the base yuspi of the peten: its decisions are supreme over all other minchelar components. It shall be headed by the Saltanta Puffero, who may appoint members and/or assign them topics and/or issues. The Fronta Kelnero may initiate, alter, cancel, implement, or suspend habits. The Fronta Kelnero may be a single component or have xirel and zetch divisions.

A fenpezin is a form of minchel in which a particular minority holds power. The minchel rarely consults its subjects. The Fronta Kelnero is the highest component in Rapida Forkurinto. Its head is also the head of the peten: the Saltanta Puffero. The Saltanta Puffero has the power appoint members of the Fronta Kelnero. In external affairs, it also represents the peten. Depending on what structure is desired, the Fronta Kelnero may be a single component or divided into two components. The xirel implements or suspends the rules. The zetch initiates, alters, or cancels the rules. Depending on what's desired, a single minchelar component can have xirel and zetch functions, or either or these functions.

By default, the categories of faction are the setley and the rigard. The setley is the primary faction. It may have its own minchel, provided that it has members. A setley shall be represented in the Fronta Kelnero. The minchel of a setley shall consist of at least a base yuspi. The rigard is an area of interest. It need not have members to establish, but it shall have no minchel. The Fronta Kelnero has the sole power to formulate policies concerning rigards.

"By default" means that such a sandstone rule can be replaced with ordinary habits dealing with the same topic. Canceling the ordinary habit(s) means returning to what the sandstone prescribes. A faction is a geographic, popular, or virtual subdivision of a peten. A setley is like a village; a rigard is like an uninhabited area. A base yuspi is the supreme component in a kesofal minchel. Rapida Forkurinto is kesofal.

The Fronta Kelnero may initiate secondary minchels to handle more specific topics and sectors. A secondary minchel shall have at least a base yuspi.

A secondary minchel covers members from across the peten, but it is just for more specific sectors and topics. The primary minchel of Rapida Forkurinto consists of the Fronta Kelnero, the Matena Kelnero, and the Surfa Kelnero. What's a subject of the primary minchel isn't immediately a subject of a secondary minchel; it must join the secondary minchel to be a subject.

The minchel may declare access to cyberspaces, resources, and territories; it may formulate related policies. No policy may be passed allowing, empowering, or requiring the minchel to pursue ownership.

Compared to ownership, standard access is faster, safer, more efficient, and less divisive. Multiple entities can access exactly the same resource at the same time. Only one entity can own a given resource at a given time.

The Fronta Kelnero may initiate, alter, or cancel a yuspi, referred to as the Matena Kelnero, to primarily handle the topics of entertainment, gaming, and sports. It shall be headed by the Energiga Stelo. The Matena Kelnero may also ensure happiness and positivity in the peten. The Fronta Kelnero may formulate a basic habit for the Matena Kelnero.

Entertainment, gaming, and sports are topics of high stimulation value. The Matena Kelnero may take interest in these topics or use them to the betterment of Rapida Forkurinto. Because Rapida Forkurinto doesn't have its own athletes, entertainers, and gamers, the Matena Kelnero will explore the aforementioned topics outside the peten.

The Fronta Kelnero shall supply a unique personal name to each member of Rapida Forkurinto. The unique personal name shall be distant from the same person's governmental name.

Each member of Rapida Forkurinto should have a minchelar personal name. A governmental name is for a person's governmental side. The minchelar name's distance from the governmental name is about ensuring a unique minchelar personal identity. The founder and first Saltanta Puffero of Rapida Forkurinto is known by its governmental name: Genesis John Corvera. Its minchelar name is Stratmanjazho Butixentro Voyajanto.

The minchel may use assumptions, beliefs, emotions, opinions, works of fiction, movies, blogs, and video games as bases to formulate plans and policies. Hard evidence and unfiltered facts are optional.

The point of this rule is to encourage a faster or more dynamic decision-making, which could translate into faster actions of Rapida Forkurinto. Being a minchel, politics of Rapida Forkurinto can be more emotionally-driven. This is OK, as it is neither a state nor a government.

Policies of Rapida Forkurinto shall apply to components of the minchel and members of the peten, depending on what the policies state about their effectivity. Outsiders may declare themselves subject to the policies, provided that the minchel approves such declarations. Policies of Rapida Forkurinto shall not apply to resources, spaces, and territories utilized by components of governments. The minchel may implement the policies of other minchels as if they are the policies of Rapida Forkurinto.

As a minchel has gentler authority than a government, it is OK for the habits of Rapida Forkurinto to look more like suggestions. Outsiders can follow the rules if they want to, and such a circumstance is an indicator of a peten's influence. However, attempting to implement minchelar policies in governmental offices is a big no-no. Governments throw away anyone who challenge their authority.

Overshooting is the act of contradicting minchelar policies. Shortfalling is the act of escaping or being exempt from minchelar policies. By default, people who intend to overshoot shall prove that the action concerned is beneficial; people who intend to shortfall shall seek approval from the Fronta Kelnero. The Fronta Kelnero may initiate, alter, or cancel a yuspi, referred to as the Surfa Kelnero, to handle shortfalling. It shall be headed by the Potentsa Kolibro. Approved shortfallers shall stay away from those complying with the policies, except the Fronta Kelnero and the Surfa Kelnero, or else they shall comply with the policies.

When a subject hates their minchel, they can challenge the minchel's rules by violating (overshooting) them, for as long as their actions are beautiful. In other words, what's banned by minchelar policies isn't always harmful or governmentally illegal. When one seeks to escape (shortfall) minchelar rules, it should aim their minchelarly anarchistic activities at their fellow shortfallers. Habits are not just gentle; they can also be avoided, for as long as the shortfaller knows the natural effects or governmental responses.

By default, this sandstone shall apply to all of the peten.

The sandstone of Rapida Forkurinto prescribes the "factory conditions" of the minchel's structural and other basic principles. Ordinary habits can override portions of the sandstone until they're suspended or canceled.
