Basics of the freysey

The freysey is more on
coordination of otherwise
distant and unrelated
services

The freysey coordinates or organizes a system of accomodations and services. A freysey may be protective of its subjects; the rule of thumb is to keep the outside world out, not to keep the inside world in. It may monitor or regulate interaction between the subjects and the outsiders. The freysey may provide various satisfying benefits to maintain subject loyalty.

A freysey can have more actors than subjects; a freysec actor is a person who works for a freysey. A freysey may call upon the actors to directly serve the subjects. A freysey must always be available to interact with governments. Information deemed "secret" must remain available to governmental authorities. To ensure coordination, a freysey may employ a database of its subjects that includes information about the subjects themselves and their interaction with freysec components.

A punsel is a community, a group of people, or the accomodation system governed by a freysey. A softcore punsel is defined just by its subjects and actors. A hardcore punsel has a rigid geographic definition, preferably something like a subdivision with its own commercial space. Softcore offers elasticity, while hardcore offers excellent security and stability. Punsels can be in between and not strictly either of these variants. A freysey can be of any components, depending on the demands of the punsel.

Why i conceptualized the freysey

The main purpose of the freysey is to accomodate the luxury sector; however, any kind of community (except the state) may be ruled by a freysey. I conceptualized the freysey because as i wonder how the materially wealthy enjoy their life and enjoy luxury services, i believe that a more coherent and systematic method of governing luxury offerings is possible: clusters of luxury-grade accomodations and services could be united with a component or system of components that accurately evaluates the qualities of these accomodations and service against the ever-changing demands of luxury enthusiasts and actual luxury enjoyers.

However, i must admit that designing a luxury-oriented governing body would be a tremendous challenge because as i never personally communicated with big-time luxury enthusiasts, let alone directly interact with the materially wealthy, i know very little about how the materially wealthy act and move everyday.

Exterior–interior freysey

One freysec political system design with promising potential could be the exterior–interior freysey. The exterior component is more on handling businesses and their employees (all freysec actors); meanwhile, the interior component is more on the actual freysec subjects and freysec actors who directly collaborate with the subjects. Depending on the freysey, the exterior component may interact with the interior component but exterior interaction with the subjects may be decided by both components. Factoring in the profit imperative, the exterior component would remit a portion of business revenues to the interior component. There are clouds of communities in the governmental universe that a freysey could possible govern, such as gated communities (subdivisions) or a set of residences atop a mall.

Model softcore punsel: Basayna–Zemboro

Let's discuss a model softcore punsel here to give a sense of perspective. The model punsel here is the Basayna–Zemboro System (BZS). The model freysey is a normal corporation in governmental eyes: Basayna–Zemboro, Inc (BZI). The freysec subjects of BZI are the customers of BZS. The members of BZS are the registered customers. As member registration is handled by BZI, accomodation around the members is more coordinated and closer to the member's exact daily requirements.

Speaking of components, those components are Duruster Academies (education), Gomaysa Health & Life (health), Yastre Estates & Properties (real property), Jenjilin Development (sci-tech), Osang & Associates (law firm). The law firm component, together with the law office of BZI, serve as the gateway between the punsel and the governmental realm. The law firm component is more on the freysec subjects, while the BZI law office is more on the punsel and its components. BZI has authority over the components, and can issue orders, plans, or policies covering the whole freysey and beyond.

While BZI may look like a holdings company to some people, the difference is that being the freysey, it must always be visible to governmental authorities and authorities of fellow freyseys and other governing bodies.

Gated communities or subdivisions

Gated communities or subdivisions are very much suitable to be set up as hardcore punsels, and the administration office will serve as the freysey. Due to their guarded environment, it is easy to track the movements of the residents, potentially encouraging the administration office to formulate more precise services for the residents. Gated communities may host commercial establishments and essential services. Some gated communities even have hospitals and schools. The rules of gated communities are often stricter than equivalent governmental policies. Gated communities often have an identification system for residents and visitors, another factor in formulating more precise services. Gated communities may generate revenue from the commercial establishments directly under their administration office, or the businesses their residents own.

Residences over a mall

Another example of a fitting candidate for a hardcore punsel is a mall with a set of residences over it. The mall generates revenue for the punsel. The rooftop of the mall contains residences, a few schools, a hospital, and a fire station. The freysey is present both in the mall and on the rooftop. In the mall, the freysey mostly collects the revenue the mall generates and supervises the mall's workers, who are politically also freysec actors. On the rooftop, the freysey formulates decisions and oversees the residents of the punsel. The bodyguards and the mall's security guards serve as the freysec enforcement component.
